Peak performance

To work in sport, you need to understand how the human body works. By taking this course, you’ll develop as an interdisciplinary sport and exercise scientist who understands that athletic success is not based on any single factor – and that will equip you to create strategies that work. Physiology, biomechanics, psychology and nutrition – you’ll cover it all. You’ll also have the opportunity to become a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer by taking an optional module.

We offer the opportunity for all undergraduate Home/EU students to undertake a work placement, internship or work experience while studying a full-time course starting in September 2020.
